1. Usually we sleep 8 hours a day, meaning one third of our lives.
2. Each of us spends about 6 years of our lives dreaming.
3. People dream since mankind was born. Ancient greeks and romans made the first dream interpretations.
4. Everyone dreams. Usually we don’t remember our dreams but every time we sleep we have three to four dreams.
5. Basically you can dream anywhere. If our sleep lasts longer we can have up to 7 dreams.
6. Blind people dream also, but their dreams are based more on the sense of touch, smell, hearing and less on images.
7. When our dream is finished, after 5 minutes we forget 50% of it and after 10 minutes we remember only 10% of our dream.

15. In case of a “wet dream”, the content of the dream doesn’t matter. Everyone has at least 1 “wet dream”.
16. Everybody is watching television, that develops our imagination. People from older times, who use to watch black and white television had most of the time monochrome dreams.
17. 70% of us had at least one “déjà vu” in a dream.
18. The dreams in which the subject is falling or flying, come along with muscle spasms and they appear after 5-10 minutes of sleep.

21. Scientists proved that dogs and cats dream very similar to us.
22. Many dream dictionaries say that what we dream doesn’t mean what it seems. For example in Romanian old tradition a big dog in your dream symbolizes a friend, a small dog is the symbol of enemies or gossip.
23. In our sleep we are paralyzed. Our brain sends relaxing signals to the spinal cord.
24. Pregnant women remember more dream content than the rest of us.
25. Men’s dreams usually happen outdoor, while most women dream that they are inside.
